Chris represents individuals in partnership and shareholder disputes. Whether the individual is a shareholder, member or partner of a business, or even an investor, Chris represents such individuals in resolving disputes by and among the other shareholders, members or partners.

Landlord/Tenant Matters

Chris represents landlords in commercial landlord/tenant matters and evictions. Chris additionally represents landlords and tenants in residential landlord/tenant matters. Inasmuch as there is no self-help under Florida's landlord/tenant code, it is important to have experienced legal representation in landlord/tenant matters.

Foreclosure and Collection Matters
